Operations Manager – This is the #2 position within the distribution center. This leader will directly manage the Warehouse Supervisors for both in & outbound shipments, ensure “safety first” environment and focus on developing future leaders. Warehouse Manager – This role will lead all shift supervisors for either inbound or outbound activities in a non-union environment. Will ensure all product is received and/or shipped on time – focusing on customer service levels, customer service issues as well as collaborating with Transportation and Inventory Managers to ensure all KPI goals are achieved while fostering a culture of high employee satisfaction & engagement. Transportation Manager – Responsible for the management of the transportation operations-supervising drivers, dispatching, routing , etc. Company owned fleet, also use 3pl’s; will work with cross-functional departments to ensure all delivery and back haul goals are met as well as the prompt and timely resolution of any issues. Ideal candidate will have a solid track record of driving sales through local merchandising & marketing programs, possess a servant leadership style and have the ability to collaborate with peer group to ensure execution creates an exceptional customer experience.

MANAGER FINANCE PLANNING & ANALYSIS: Looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to join this team. This executive team is seeking a finance thought leader that will help provide insight into all aspects of the business – retail, e-commerce, and wholesale – to provide strategic business analysis & recommendations that assist in growing the company.   Must have experience solid business finance experience – prefer retail but not required. This position requires track record of success in building both fresh and center store sales for Hispanic retail formats. Ideal Candidate will have experience in both Wholesale or Retail grocery industry. High volume growing supermarket chain is looking for individuals with expertise in one of the following perishable areas (see below).  Each of these roles will have responsibility for all stores including full Profit & Loss responsibility ~ will have ability to impact merchandising programs, train & lead department managers on proper execution including production planning, inventory and sales ~ will motivate and inspire to ensure that the customer experience is 1st priority of each location. Looking for program development from grower to store including guiding stores on execution and in-store customer communication tools that education the customers and provide solutions. Ideal candidate will have experience working for company with strong reputation for produce merchandising, quality and value.

CATEGORY MANAGER CENTER STORE : They are looking for an  innovative and solution oriented leader that has “best practices” when it comes to the category management process. This individual will have full P&L responsibility for center store products with multiple ad & pricing programs. Looking for individual with experience in grocery, dairy, frozen or general merchandise. Salary, bonus, benefits and full relocation. Southeast grocery company. Privately owned.

Store Manager – high volume, family owned supermarket chain in NY/NJ/PA market looking for strong operations experience, ability to lead store teams to provide exceptional shopping experience while maintaining outstanding store conditions, freshest quality perishables and fast/friendly check-out. Ability to adjust merchandising to customer trends, ensure in-stock position and back room levels in CAO environment and develop talent for promotion. $100K, bonus.
