CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: Looking dynamic, strategic leader and collaborative member of the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has an affinity for connecting the dots between processes, products, sales, marketing and has mastered operational KPI’s to ensure that every department & the company as a whole understands what drives performance. This executive team is seeking a thought leader that will help provide insight into their competitors and pay attention to their partners, suppliers, and—especially—customers. Will consider strong #2 that is ready for the next step. Must have experience in both finance and accounting during course of career.This is a northeastern-based company that is financially sound and looking to grow organically as well as through strategic acquisition.

VICE PRESIDENT This position reports to the SVP Merchandising. Responsible for over $1B in sales and will be responsible for setting strategy for all program development, assortment, merchandising, sales planning, etc. This position requires track record of success in building center store sales for both conventional and Hispanic retail formats. Ideal Candidate will have experience in both Wholesale or Retail grocery industry. Must have experience managing large teams, developing successful merchandising and marketing programs, and setting center store strategy. This leader will be part of succession plan for SVP role.

DIRECTOR PERISHABLE MERCHANDISING This role reports to SVP of Merchandising. Will have responsibility of driving sales in Meat, Seafood, Produce, and Bakery. Ideal candidate will have deep experience in meat and produce – able to create successful programs for multiple formats across diverse markets. Experience with sourcing and managing local vendors, developing marketing programs to highlight those vendor partners, working collaboratively with operations to ensure proper execution. Position in Southern US, Salary, Bonus, relocation

MANAGER MERCHANDISING AND EXECUTION – 3 positions- base salary, bonus, company car, full benefits, relocation allowance.

High volume growing supermarket chain is looking for individuals with expertise in one of the following perishable areas (see below).  Each of these roles will have responsibility for all stores including full Profit & Loss responsibility ~ will have ability to impact merchandising programs, train & lead department managers on proper execution including production planning, inventory and sales ~ will motivate and inspire to ensure that the customer experience is 1st priority of each location.

All 3 positions report to COO and will have opportunity to grow.





DIRECTOR PRODUCE: Growing Regional Chain with strong emphasis on local appeal is looking for a strategic produce professional to join the team. Looking for program development from grower to store including guiding stores on execution and in-store customer communication tools that education the customers and provide solutions. Ideal candidate will have experience working for company with strong reputation for produce merchandising, quality and value.

CATEGORY MANAGER PRODUCE: Role open due to expansion of team. Looking for strong program development, ability to develop partnerships with growers to ensure best quality and value. Ability to analyze category based on market trends, research, and analytics. Wholesale or retail experience welcome.

SENIOR PRODUCE BUYER & PRODUCE BUYER POSITIONS: Growing Midwest retailer is looking for experienced produce buyer to join team. Ideal candidate will have strong track record with vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management. Must have a passion for the business with one goal: to procure the best quality, at the right price, with the best service levels possible to provide the stores every opportunity to provide customers with the freshest selection of the season.



CATEGORY MANAGER (Midwest): They are looking for an  innovative and solution oriented Private Brands merchant with experience in both category management and product development.This individual will work within all tiers of Store Brands & own the end-to-end process – full P&L responsibility for center store products with $400M in annual sales. Looking for individual with experience leading total P&L for Own Brands – from product development to shelf –  includes Organic, Premium, Nat’l Brand Equivalent and Value Brand

BRANDS PROMOTION MANAGER (Midwest) – This individual will be the “Brand Champion” – leading the promotions, development, and marketing plans for a portfolio of over 4000 Store Brands products- and also take front seat in brand development work and new item launches. This will be responsible for all tiers – multiple brands and categories.This is an opportunity to work in a culture that is high energy, collaborative and has a strong track record of career advancement.



Northeast position – “Foodie” company is looking for well-rounded leader with experience guiding all facets of business – ability to develop people and processes that will establish solid foundation for future growth. Ideal candidate will have experience in operations, merchandising with high volume grocery company with strong perishable focus. Must be able to be comfortable in hands-on environment, experienced in change management and ability to thrive in family environment.

Store Manager – high volume, family owned supermarket chain in NY/NJ market looking for strong operations experience, ability to lead store teams to provide exceptional shopping experience while maintaining outstanding store conditions, freshest quality perishables and fast/friendly check-out. Ability to adjust merchandising to customer trends, ensure in-stock position and back room levels in CAO environment and develop talent for promotion. $100K, bonus.

Co-Manager – high volume supermarket in PA seeking individual with expertise in perishable store operations – $75K, bonus
